I feel a bit sick inside because the way the price was advertised on the 295x2 for £700 for 100 lucky customers I went crazy with my credit card and now I feel such a damn fool. £479 is an insult to me after the way that deal was advertised. Mere weeks and £220 off. That is by far the fastest depreciation of pc hardware I have ever experienced. I can only imagine what a £1200 customer the week before has done to their hair.

The time has come to be strong and not just purchase very cheap things. I already bought one of those reference 290X's a few weeks ago, I don't need a 295X2, I don't need a 295X2.

I'd love to see a Dell U2414H dealio. My friend has also got me on peripheral watch just incase any sexy keyboards come up.

I don't think that's fair really. Mere weeks is actually 11 weeks ago (nearly 3 months!) and in that time nvidia have released new hardware forcing the price of AMD cards way down. The current 295 X2 pricing is very good, but I wouldn't say it's at all surprising given the time and factors that have come about since the deal you ordered on.

Problem is, after 2 gpu's the gains can be minimal and 2 of those TV's are pushing over 16.5million pixels

I think it'd be a lot to ask personally...
