well I ordered on thursday, DPD next day delivery(free 
)
the item was dispatched on friday at 1pm(very reasonable and also not too late)
it says it will be delivered on monday.
No saturday delivery happening?

Just got my delivery. Ordered a GTX970, used dpd saturday delivery. Nice and fast as usual, but no haribo, god damn it!

Gigabyte SOC Z97 Force - Do I need to connect both the ATX_12V 2x2 and ATX_12_2x4 on these boards or just the 2x4, also will the on board sound on these boards be better than asus dgx 5.1?
Not sure for your specific board, however I have had many Asus boards that had both 4 and 8 pin and while I never tested if only the 4 pin worked I was advised that only the 8 pin was required and the extra 4 pin was for aditional power.
It never made a difference on Intel systems my OC never improved but on AMD systems it did 3.8G on a phenom 1090t to 4.1 after the 4 pin was connected as well. However this could have also been due to a multi rail PSU.
On an 8150 from 3.9 to 4.2, this was a single rail PSU...
If I were you id try and plug the 8 pin if possible.
Should I be worried if my Intel SSD ordered on thurs evening is still in the warehouse today?
As for the Intel SSD lack of love in general, it's something I've never understood they are just far ahead in reliability terms that I can't believe the 730 series isn't the only option (even at the old price!!)
Mine too. I sent a webnote to ask if my order was ok as it's been sat on outstanding. I was told they are awaiting stock
so I guess they ran out?

I placed my order ~2mins before 1700 yesterday, the e-mail that arrived today while I was at work suggests it will be collected Monday and delivered Tuesday, probably safer as there was a chance it could have arrived while nobody was in on Monday!
Why not tell us then? It cant be that hard surely. No problem really with them being oversold (although i would have thought in this day and age they could have real time stock data for their website) but just not saying anything and me not knowing when or if it will be sent is a bit rubbish.

No movement on my Intel 730 order. Still says " in warehouse queue" and has done since Friday morning. : /

It usually says "Printed in the Warehouse" if it's being processed. I would imagine your order has issues.
I don't really mind. I don't really need it and fair enough if they have genuinely run out
. I just wish they would tell me though. They have been open for two days now since i ordered and i have heard nothing. As far as i'm concerned i should be getting this on Monday.
Also, the money has actually come off my card (not just reserved, actually taken and charged off my balance)
