If you think about it, the sophistication of this attack and the attackers is very compelling and frightening. In the past few years, I think Islamic terrorism in the West was seen to have be performed by hap-hazard, pretty unintelligent people who unfortunately got lucky (looking at it from their perspective) when they carried out the attacks.
These 3 appear to be well prepared and rehearsed - so much so that they can't be acting as lone wolfs or a splinter group. This is rapidly looking like the most sophisticated Islamic fundamentalist terrorist attack since 9/11.

Worth linking I think Muslims Around The World Condemn Charlie Hebdo Attack although, frankly, I find it absurd that we expect this to be necessary. When Braevik slaughtered dozens of children there wasn't a huge outcry about the need for Christians to condemn it, and so on. Muslims at large bare no more responsibility for this atrocity than anyone else.

Been reading the last 3/4 pages and not one of you have said anything bad about the absolutely disgusting cartoons they were doing that was offending Muslims around the world. Cartoons that were deliberately intended to wind up and anger Muslims. Cartoons that were tasteless and just came across as Muslim-bashing, senseless garbage.

You are getting in to the "No True Scotsman" argument here where basically anyone that doesn't fit your narrow view of something isn't a real one.
The sad truth is that Christianity has indeed been violent in the past and still has it's moments now and again. The fact that you think they aren't true Christians is fairly immaterial as they probably think much the same about you.

you seem pretty confused.
I have no idea about proper firearm drills and whether what they were doing with their guns was professional or not, but, what I mean about their sophistication is the targeted nature of the attack and the way they executed it. On top of that - surveillance, counter-surveillance (they are apparently known to authorities) and evasion techniques were used to get them out of the city.
Wait, Frodo is right. It totally justifies mass murder of innocent people...
