It ought to be pretty transparent, and it isn't just some extreme sect. Muslim guy in my office drinks alcohol... not really relevant - Islam calls for Muslims to not drink alcohol.

Islam calls for people to be killed for insulting the prophet (granted after a trial - but it is still the punishment under Islamic law and that isn't widely disputed)

There are plenty of nasty deaths and sentences for various things in the bible as well. It doesn't mean all people that follow Christianity believe they should happen. Unfortunately, like Islam some predominantly Christian states and people (generally African) still follow that doctrine. You don't condemn every Christian for that though do you?

It is widely accepted.

What isn't widely accepted is taking the law into your own hands etc... but the underlying Islamic punishment, what should happen in theory in an Islamic state under Islamic law... (and does happen in practice in some) is death.

That isn't an extreme interpretation and that is the underlying issue here.

What war was it only bad people died again? It's as naive as thinking we'll only do business with good people in nice countries. As bomb and drone technology has improved and intelligence improved fewer civilians are being killed.

He wasn't a one off, there have been many attacks in the past and there have been many recent plots and attacks too. Whenever a white person does something its always dismissed as loner or mentally deranged, whenever a muslim does something or a black does something, the entire followers or race are brushed together. Good old European white supremacism at action.

Breivik did in the name of whites, to preserve the white race and fight the hordes of immigrants and those who back them. So going by certain peoples logic in this thread, all white people should be apologising and protesting.

Nonsense, more civilians have died in drone attacks then so called terrorists, and they are not all as a result of so called "collateral damage"!

His was a purely political message, after all his only targets were Norwegian socialists.

I doubt it had much to do with White supremacy, considering most of his targets skin colour.

Clearly you have never shot a real AK47 before!! They are scarily accurate, when I was in Texas I was able to achieve grouping similar to that and I had never shot a real gun before in my life!!
