It's an American company but manufactured in the UK. Where do they make them?
In a little village called Aspatria in cumbria.
With the slow juicers they use a kind of mortar and pestel to crush the juice out of the fruit. It sounds like a horse eating carrots. You can make 3 days worth of juice in one go, just clean the thing once, and the juice stays in great condition in a covered jug in the fridge.
Interesting stuff! I've got the £20 Breville one, and juice lasts about 30 seconds before I drink it, so all good. A great little purchase, although mine was actually a gift!

What inch is that one?
I got the 7" santoku for Christmas - goes with my chefs knife, 5" santoku and smaller utility knives.
Such a nice thickness to the blade and very comfortable to use. Good choice!
