Why have you posted this again? Is it that good? :p

Oxidation? How long would that take? I normally finish the drink in about 5 mins after making it. Don't store it in the fridge. Not 72 hours.

I thought that's the point of making fresh juice....

I think the point is (i may be wrong here) but the centrifuge juicers shred the fruit at high speed making a kind of juice spray which has a very high surface area in contact with the air during the juicing process.

We used a philips centrifuge juices for years and used to drink the juice straight away, then clean the bugger. If you leave a glass of centrifuged appled juice on the side for 5 or 10 mins you will see a foam forms and the juice goes clear.

With the slow juicers they use a kind of mortar and pestel to crush the juice out of the fruit. It sounds like a horse eating carrots :D. You can make 3 days worth of juice in one go, just clean the thing once, and the juice stays in great condition in a covered jug in the fridge. Also the taste is way better.

Here is a crap pic!

I looked at the hurom too, after many comparisons it was an easy £100-£250 saving given my rather simple requirements (I want strawberries and bananas pulped as well as normal juicing), but I'm glad you are happy with your purchase. FYI my pulp is also dry - can't believe I'm having a 'pulp off' :p

:D

Always been tempted by the idea of shirt collar bones - do they make a noticeable difference?

Cheap high street shirts have them sewn into the the collars anyway (think next top man etc) but with designer ones they are removable but they can get lost in your washing machine if you forget to take them back out ;) I did see a metal version as well but ultimately all they do is keep your collar ends looking pointy.

And here is my new shred sled! In the middle of tuning (it does have two brakes) and the little ripper got involved of course :)

Since the Customs Charge threshold is £15...I'd be shocked if you got hit at £14.

This is a re-release of the world championship winning 2WD RC buggy of 1993. I am going to race this in the Welsh off road championship in the summer. Never raced 2WD before and I'm sure modern machinery will show their edge but anything other than last place will be a victory in my eyes :)
