equally messed up stuff has been happening all around the world for centuries.
you've been brainwashed by the media if you think IS are some next level of evil that has never been seen for.
Why did you watch this, i simply do not understand why people do this.

They are in this day and age.
You don't - you kill soldiers with bullets and precision guided munitions. To defeat an idea you need another idea, only problem is that our leaders don't know what that idea is yet.
Why on earth would you think that? There have been a number of high profile attacks in the US and here and each time our politicians seem more concerned about preventing reprisal attacks on Muslims than they do about actually defeating the jihad.
Doubt it. A British soldier had his head cut off in broad daylight in a London street and all the government did is 'condemn it'
That just sets a new generation of people on the path to Jihad.
Honestly they need to be wiped out, but without causing collateral damage to the innocents. Its probably almost impossible to do but they need to be systematically hunted down and exterminated. I think the only way to do this would be to form a coalition of troops on the ground but obviously that then means risking more soldier's lives. I doubt this will happen but i think it would be the only way to completely stop them
Why would you assume that? ISIS just got kicked out of Kobane by a bunch of Kurdish fighters who'd only recently got some westerners training them.

How are they any worse than countless other terror groups ? Bokko Haram burned and killed 2000 people in a single week during the Charlie Hebdo media frenzy... didn't get any major media coverage anywhere.
The Daily Fail leads with the headline 'a new low for humanity' as if burning this guy was some new benchmark of evil... its not.
If you wanted to you could find countless videos from recent times of equally messed up stuff happening in Africa, but it gets no major coverage because its africa and doesn't sell papers.
