Looks like it will be a good raid.

Depending on how we need the lineup will denote what character to run on the HM (time permitting). Do you want me to run sword on normal (Hunter)?

What does everyone think about just running it on Hard. Normal is so easy now that I can't really see the point. The time will probably be better spent on killing Crota on Hard.

I believe you still get the normal loot when you complete each section on hard.

titan bubble regens your health or if you are a striker then you have transfusion to regen health

Didn't realise the bubble regens health thought just gave a shield, haven't unlocked transfusion yet. I'll the give titan a whirl, might have better luck with the armour drops!

IIRC the special/heavy weapons only drop on normal. I'm not fussed either way.

Yep, thanks everyone for my first ever hard mode raid clear! Wasn't as painful as expected but that's probably down to the quality of the team.

Got Deathsingers Gaze, Oversoul Edict, ship and glowhoo, nearly a full raid set. Still no Jelly goodness for me either Write, Next run man, next run!

I got my Gjallarhorn from a legendary engram back in the day. I hardly ever use it though as Hunger is very nearly as good and doesn't use up an exotic slot. Although I know if I didn't have the Horn I would be desperate for it!

It was a really rewarding run for me! Got Oversoul Edict, Crux of Crota, Fang of Ir Yut, chest armour, the ship, and a ton of energy and shards. First time getting Oversoul, Crux and the ship for me. Sorry Write, but I sharded my 3rd Fang

I think the time has now come to delete my alt Hunter and create a Warlock. I've got multiples of all the Hunter raid gear and now I've got all the raid weapons, so not much need for her anymore. I've somehow managed to acquire Obsidian Mind, Apotheosis Veil, Light Beyond Nemesis, Sunbreakers, Starfire Protocol, and Dusk Tread legendary chest, all for a Warlock that I don't have yet!

I think that ended up being 3-2, 3-2, 4-4 after we were a bit slow taking him down for the first two swords. At the time I thought it would be best to try a 4th sword instead, good thing you didn't listen!

Safe to say you earned that Crux

If the sword bearer isnt too busy running into the corner to hide behind an ogres crack then crotas bugs ensure hard mode aint flippin easy.

Good run tonite chaps, normal mode is just too easy these days lol! We'll ave 'im 'hard' on sunday

The plan is to stick the sword where the oversoul cant shine.

Thanks everyone for the run last night. That last sword was unbelievable! Pretty much had it wrote off then a moment of magic, well done. Got fang and abyss defiant so a pretty good run.

Could do with another normal run to get some hunter gear and hopefully hunger of crota, anyone around this weekend?

Did 3 Crota HM runs yesterday, got Word of Crota twice, armour I didn't need (although not for my Hunter which needs arms) shaders and scooters !!
Got Crux of Crota last week so now have Nechrochasm, which is sweet

I was a really solid effort last night. We got him to 30% health a few times. Will have him easily on Sunday when we are all fresh.

Ha, nice vid!

I think I screwed the first sword up all by myself - must've mistimed the hits. Can't really remember what happened with the 2nd sword, but I think I got one hit in on the 2nd kneel before it vanished. The 3rd sword couldn't have gone any better though really - picking up those orbs was a godsend!

I'm happy to help out if you don't have others (I've got all rewards on all characters this week). If it's mainly 31's, we could always do NM assuming there's still secondary weapons/armour that people are hunting for ?
Could even make it a dry run for a future Flawless Raider run

My hunter has never run a raid at all so any mode is fine by me, really appreciate being able to run them with a quality bunch! (shameless ego stroking abound here!)
