Rouge RDA, it's a tad taller, very clean looking and pretty much leak proof from what I've heard, I've not used mine yet.

The mrs was complaining when some vapemail turned up with yet more goodies until I pointed out that I'd spent maybe £150 this month on bits and bobs but would have spent over £250 had I still been smoking.

These man-maths are the sort of things that makes me order an SX Mini...... Damn, need to stop thinking about it.

I used to buy 3 packs of 20 a week, and that would easily last me the week.. So roughly 5 packs a fortnight, 10 packs a month.. That's without going out.

I do spend a crazy amount of cash on vape gear, but recently (past two months) I've got not spend that much when compared to before, mainly because I have more than I need and I'm getting more pickly on what to buy.

Having said that, if I was still smoking I would not only be buying cigs but spending my cash on some other hobby, and that's what vaping has become for me; a hobby. Rather that spend my time looking up on retro video game or clothes etc... I'm looking up the latest and next greatest vape gear.

Like said, there's nothing more that I need at the moment (but you need a SX mini m class ;), it's great.. And like establish before I don't lie. Lol) maybe a dual battery mod and I do have my eye on one or two high end mods, costing in range of £300-£500 pounds, but that will certianly be an one off treat to myself for my birthday. :) But I have a box mod for every day of the week and atty to go with them, enough juice to last me 6 months or one iceshock week..

Seriously though,I'm done trying new stuff. I have a segelei 100w,a kf4 and a rose v2 now and I'm going to sell the rose to buy an ubertoot. Other than juice, which I've even stopped trying new ones as most of the time they leave me disappointed, I have what I need and I'm going to stop spending so much time looking at new stuff. Computers and gaming is my main hobby and its suffering due to lack of time so I've decided I have what I need and will ever need really.

This might be the wrong place to say it but a mod is a mod. They all do the same stuff and I'm just spending a fortune on something that looks different but does the same job. The only people who appreciate it are online and will never see it in the flesh anyways. Still love vaping though and won't be giving it up anytime soon I've just found stuff that works so I'm going to stop looking for more :)
 
For me it doesn't matter how much I spent on vaping gear tho, it stops ya smoking and I ain't smoked in 2 years, I feel fitter stronger and healitier, now iv got all the kit all it costs is making eliquid which is cheap, about 25p per 10ml when ya make it your self in bulk.

Plus it's fun making your own ecigs, coils, eliquids etc.

I had a cheeky Ciggie on bank holiday when I was drunk, and My Lungs still feel tight now, and I only had the one, it brought my astma right back and iv been caughing all week. Just from that one cig. Won't be doing that again! Tasted nasty anyway but my ecig battery was dead and I was drunk so thought it was a good idea. I was wrong :p

I've got to agree with what you say there, I only have 3 boxes I use, two rDNA's and an iStick 50w, a SMPL clone if I fancy running a mech - which is actually quite rare now. A UTA and 4 KFL+. Don't really use the KF4, Its a nice vape but fugly as sin imo. Must get round to putting it on the UKV classies this weekend....

Infact I probably have more than I would if she didn't vape too, she's already 'claimed' my rDNA30 and a Kayfun! Though I still have to do all the hard work, she just vapes it dry and gives it back lol.


For me its quality not quantity. ;)

I was spending about £9 a day on small cigars....

Now I only run one setup (and have a backup ego / aerotank setup), so monthly costs are only juice. Currently have a MVP3 and Subtank. There is no point at all buying anything else as it produces way more vape than my needs so I run it very low watts. No expensive heads as I'm winding a new coil per week

I buy Hangsen RY4 from fasttech which is 1/3rd the price of cheapest UK supplier.

I think the 300ml I bought for approx £17 would have cost £60 in UK. 300ml will last me a couple of months so it's a no brainer over cigar costs :)


I guess if you are spending over a hundred on vape gear a month you are treating it as a hobby rather than straight nic replacement... I treat it as a nic replacement nothing more.

Ive been vaping since may 2014, in that time ive spent around 1 grand on mods, atties, coils and wire etc, juice i only pay £250 per 10ml and can go through 5-20ml in a day depending on if im at work or not and how busy ive been, typically about 10ml a day though.

For anyone interested in the Lemo 2, FT now have the authentic listed for £20.00, ships in 7 days...

I started my mod last night, my iron broke on me so I'm borrowing one from work and finishing it this weekend. :)

its similar is the deck to my idea. defo going to be buying one, saves me machining it.

Going to be buying it just for the deck alone, the outter barrel etc is naff to what I need. hopefully I can modify some other barrels to fit etc.

Just need to find a clone with the same design deck! which I haven't yet.

Finally Vapemail :D

2 SMPL mods. Cant fault them for the price magnetic buttons, nice finish light weight. perfect out and about mech

Tobh atty, like the look with chuff cap but the airflow is terribly poor

Derringer RDA, impressed with this clone no machine oil was spotless whacked a 0.4ohm dual coil in happy vaping

Various Chuff caps, filed one down to fit the mutation X happy days

and a POM chuff cap to fit the mutation X.... its not even close to fitting

Also I must say about my praxis that I got the other day im absolutely loving it. It's my main mech mod now, because the voltage drop on it is so low even when the batterys have dropped off its still useable cause of how hard it hits.

Where as on say a nemesis with fresh batteries it's firing like a 4nine when the batterys dropped off.

So impressed with it, might actually splash out on a authentic one :D

Also what would hit harder a brass praxis or copper praxis? Gonna order another clone just cause of how cheep and cheerful they are.

I have a brass manhattan and that hits HARD and I mean it. hardest hitting mod I have used with fresh batteries. really low voltage drop too
 
kaptainmarc - the derringer just looks wrong with that heinous drip tip on top!! :p

I'm using the one the set came with (mini little thing) and it looks great! ;)
