The LTE signal seems to hold for longer than the 3G signal. So their LTE right now is 1800 and their 3G is 2100? If so that explains why LTE holds on a bit longer.

Yup that's correct. 800MHz will come later but won't be as extensively as rolled out as 1800MHz.

Three will be rolling out 800MHz hugely.

I assume 800Mhz will be used mostly in rural areas with lower mast density?
