I like the nitecore intellicharger I have, it has individual charging rails to give enough charge to each of the individual batteries, cheaper chargers will only stop charging once the last one has finished charging, so you end up overcharging mixed size batteries or batteries that's been in a serial mod. Mines only the cheaper i2, but there's a flashing digital display version d2/d4. All the lights on the digital version would drive me crazy at night.
You can get them from FT, there's loads of fakes around but the authentic ones from FT are legit, I've opened mine up and worked out I didn't know what I doing.. Lol, it makes a buzzing noise when there's no battery in it or if it's finished charging.
I've also have a single efest charger, it chargers via USB and its meh... Does the job when on holiday, but it's greatness is that I can use any battery to that in it to charge USB items like another mod with built in battery, kinda like the MVP.
Neither of them gives you the health of a battery but most good chips will tell you if the battery is too weak and if your charging your batteries too often it's time to change them.
