And at 1440p and below where real gamers live either card will suffice. ;)

I dont really understand it either, to me it's just pointless at the moment comparing cards at 4k. I don't know anyone amongst all my gaming friends online and where I live that's even at 4k. I dont understand the fascination with it, I wouldn't even consider that res for 2 years yet. I have no ambition in playing 4k under 60fps, only time I'll jump on board is when we have 4k screen with 1ms and up to 120hz/144hz. 1440p is the absolute sweetspot and will be for a couple years yet, you're quite right Hazard, 4k imo is just for e-peen right now.

The greens is what got me, I think an IPS screen would be able to show the shades clearly.

In terms of free and g sync performance, there is no real world difference outside of the ranges supported, for FS, it depends on the scaler used in the monitors, i.e. the asus IPS FS range operates between 35-90 (they could have gone up to 144 but the range would have started from 40 then) and the benq FS TN is 40-144 where as every gsync monitor is 30-144.

Josh AN94 doesn't need anything you move the mouse 2mm down when shooting and its kill in one burst... this gun is sick...

I don't quite understand, did you counter recoil with the an94 in burst fire mode?

I've not tested it out in BF4 but in BF3 I have just finished using the an94 and kh2002 and I didn't need to compensate for recoil at all. Timing was more an issue however because when I repeatedly pressed the fire button it would move up vertically.

Got to say, I am very tempted by that 980ti for £500! If only Batman came out now :(
 
That is a mental price for a 980Ti, as much as I want the fury to be good, my head and heart say stay Nvidia at the moment.

Too little too late - jumped into a few games again for the first time in exactly a year (I sucked but meh) and its still terrible playing on a <10ms ping - server I was just on had several instances of emptying an entire clip into someone to no effect and on servers in general more often than not the first 3 rounds don't register at all and/or the effect is massively delayed - people dying to my shots seconds later.

(Definitely not my connection - rock solid sub 10ms latency without packet loss, etc.).
 
Sorry but that's not true. In the many hours ive played this game both sober and very drunk i have not had an instance where i am lagging that bad! One of the reasons why I went back to bf4 is that it's really hard to beat right now. In my opinion the game is playing very well indeed.
