Tyre Damage - Is it ok?

Just to update the thread with conclusion, got it replaced this morning just to be safe.

Replace it... that's potential blow-out territory and they aren't fun... I've had two.

I see what you mean... even with that camera angle, it looks really low as you would expect the writing to be easily showing... that photo makes the tyre look under 15psi... so maybe the rubber chunk caused a leak?

Good news... make sure you check your tyre pressure every two weeks.
