What film did you watch last night?

Legend. 9/10.

I know more about the composition of the plastic my milk bottle is made of than I know about the Krays so any historical historical inaccuracies wouldn't ruin the film but holy moly was it good. Tom Hardy was astonishing. Someone give that man an Oscar!

Boyhood - whilst staggering in its making and a pretty good film I found I was just watching to see people change over the twelve years it took to make. I did like it though. 4/5 but mostly for effort.

Casino Royale... 7/10 for the film but 10/10 for Daniel Craig as Bond.

I thought it was the best out of the three he has done, Quantum of Solace closely followed.

Hoping Spectre is as good as it looks on the trailer.

I personally think he shouldn't do anymore after that as he does look like he is getting on a bit now, fantastic as Bond though.

The Way Back - 7/10

Siberian gulag escapees travel 4,000 miles by foot to freedom in India.

This is probably the best horror movie I've seen in the last few years.
Also Oculus is very good.
These 2 were probably my 2 favourite horror movies.

I watched The Conjuring yesterday one the strength of these comments, but I have to disagree massively!

I am a major wuss when it comes to horror films, I only watched it as my gf is massively in to them. I really didn't find it that scary or creepy. Better than the recent Insidious and Poltergeist offerings, but I was expecting brown-pants time. Don't think anything will ever top Event Horizon for me.

6/10

Also watched:

Spy

WAY funnier than I was expecting. First act good, second a bit slow, then it really picks up! The abuse of Antoine was brilliant.

That said, I had high expectations of Stratham after all the comments from people, but I thought he was pretty meh, Aldo was funnier imo.

7/10

The Wedding Ringer

Kevin Hart in 'Get Hard' mode helping white guys do things. Cliched, but still has some good lol moments. Especially loved the final line in the film :D

6/10

Get Hard. Pretty unfunny for a comedy, I usually like Will Ferrals stuff. Watched it to the end but would not recommend. 4/10

I enjoyed the Conjuring and although I wasn't jumping with fright its the only film since Event Horizon to make me tense up, albeit not as much, EH still makes me tense , still a great watch in the dark
