Never heard of him, is he a talker or screamer?
just had a quick tot up and hes probably making £50-60 a month from content.
I've given some donations to a couple of youtubers I watch quite a lot of. But honestly the few youtubers I have donated too have never specifically asked for it. I do it mainly due to the fact I enjoy the content and view a lot of their videos.
I just see it as giving a tip. I mean people tip waiters in restaurants for a "good service" why can that not be applied to youtubers for providing a "good service".
He's a talker, gets pretty passionate with frustration at DICE and EA.
This, I've given about £40 over the past year, a 5er here and there for entertaining me for over an hour over a week. That to me, is the price I'd pay for a beer or 2 in a bar.
Time is money.
It's not that he can't produce videos at 60 fps, he also wants to show how input lag is affected by frame rate, and how in the BF engine, server update rate now scales with frame rate. i.e. he want's to show why the 144Hz master race have an advantage in game.
I use a similar method to decide if I got value out of games, £1/hour and I'm happy, pay twenty quid for a game and if I get twenty hours out of it then it was value for money.
Skyrim was a bargain
I subscribe for Star Citizen as it helps provide content I actually enjoy watching and reading, each to their own.
Being passionate over Battlefield, I think I've heard it all now.
BF2 was the superior battlefield
Vietnam and 1944 are still greater than anything that's come since.
