To do this, you'll need to add a US address to your address book, but you can still use a UK debit/credit card and UK billing address.
Buy it, get the code.
Go to Xbox.com, sign in, click in the top right where your profile is and go to Xbox settings. In here, click on 'Payment & billing', and then on the left 'Change my region' - when you do this you'll see that the URL in your browser is now 'en-US' and not 'en-GB'.
Click on 'Redeem code', paste in your code from Amazon and that will add $60 to your account.
Then go here: https://store.xbox.com/en-US/Xbox-One/Games/EA-SPORTS-FIFA-16/c0f9e774-a097-4ad2-8d9b-37d8498f6eab
Click buy, and you can purchase the game using the credit in your wallet. It should then automatically download on your Xbox if it's in instant on, or you may need to go home and change your console region while you download it too, in fact I think you need to do that in order to play it today, but that's easy enought too.
Worth mentioning that I already had a random US address set up in my Xbox.com account settings, I picked an address in Portland, Oregon so that no sales tax was added to my purchase. You may need to do this first before buying anything or before it lets you add credit. I got the game for $53.99 as I have EA Access too.

Just asked for a refund from CD Keys as they haven't send the code yet and instead I've bought via the US Xbox store and it was so much easier than I thought.
I changed my region on Xbox.com, then I added a $60 gift card that I bought from Amazon.com (by adding a US address to my address book), and then just bought FIFA 16 via Xbox.com using the gift card. Cheaper, and it means I should be able to play tomorrow

Xboxone ! I used the india store trick last year where you could get 12k points for around 30ish quid.

Pretty sure FIFA 14 removed the L2 requirement, wasn't aware it was still needed for particular tricks though? Ahh juggling and the fakes

I know it's obvious but remember to use your coin boosts that you can buy in-game , it really helps at the start !

That reminds me, is it better to set it to easy to play a few AI games to start and absolutely tank them to get more of a bonus?
Want to build up a bit of bank before building a cheapish UT team and taking it online.

The coin boosts from the catalogue are a set amount so it doesn't matter if you win or lose, you still get the boost.
I was thinking in more along the lines of 'goals scored' etc, thought you got more coins for the better the victory?
Not paid attention to that in a year or so.
Beating a team 10-0 would surely gain more coins than a 1-0 win?
Might be a difficulty multiplier though.

Oh right, yeah your match coin rewards change based on how you've played, but I don't think it makes a huge amount of difference really in the grand scheme of things.
