Weirdly someone mentioned napalm...without lighting it it probably would work! Might leave the plastic quite brittle though.

Just buy a used PS1.

As the PS2 and PS3 played PS1 games they are one of the most worthless consoles out there.

If the surface wasn't sanded beforehand, a karcher jet washer (or similar) will strip it in seconds.

Or a wallpaper steamer! that would make the paint peel off, just don't leave it too long or it will look like you used plastic eating thinners! without having to chase the part across half the country once the pressure hits it

The plastic will be some form of abs.

Stick it in dot4 brake fluid for 24 hours and the spray paint will fall right off.

Dettol is what people use for stripping the paint off of warhammer miniatures etc. That may work depending on the type of paint.

Works great on the metal miniatures, not so good on the plastic ones
