I got 4hr screen on time from the first charge, this was over 1d and 14 hours off charge.

Not bad at all.
 
Exactly as you guys said the first part of my post code was wrong, not sure why they do that! DHL can't adjust it till its in the UK network so their CS told me so I'll just watch the tracking like a hawk for now.
 
I don't think they (mygsm) know what UK postcode is lol

I had to call DHL and they emailed the delivery depot to tell them of the change. Didn't do much use as i went to collect it anyway

i still havnt got any DHL info.. its only sppedex.

i emailed to ask for DHL details/ still waiting.

come on ..........
 
Paul I had faster contact using watsapp, they sent me a direct DHL link for the tracking in about 30mins.
 
thanks.. funnily enough they replied by email just now.. but the dHL doesnt have my address on it anywhere

says destination Birmingham.. (im in london) unless thats a sorting place
 
Mine says the same, it was only when I called CS that they confirmed the first part of my post code was wrong.
 
ok, rang them up and the tracking number i had was wrong, but he did a search for me , found me from the postcode and said it was all correct (and gave me the new tracking number)

but doesnt think it will arrive until atleast monday/ tuesday
 
Ah, glad you're was correct.

They said on watsapp it might get here tomorrow hopefully but perhaps that's a little optimistic!
