Yea there a fair chunk of a thing but the results speak for themselves. As I say it does a better job than the H80i and gives me piece of mind. And I must admit I actually like the look of it.. I'm tempted to try and get the raised lettering painted silver or black so it stands outGod it looks so big

I've got the NH-D14 and it's huge, but gets the job done. It just depends if you like the Noctua beige/brown colour scheme on their fans. Performance wise, I can't complain and for something that big, it was very easy to install.
Humax your ram is low profile so will fit with most coolers, unless its 1 which lays flat and is long.
This one, it is big but quiet and very efficient with a 38mm x 140mm fan at low rpm. It does not cover the Ram slots either.
