If the graphs going nutts, then turn down your pre heat, not more that 15-20 higher than your normal wattage you want to use, for example, i run 50w-60w, 70w pre heat and 6.5 punch on most of my dual SS builds and get a smooth graph.
 
Sorry should have said, pre heat is completely off, was reading some posts on other forums earlier saying pre heat can throw off TC with 316L.

I'll throw a spaced 24g build in the crius tomorrow :)

Wont be pulling 26a from the batteries, it'll be 26a through the 510 though
 
DNA200 will not draw more than 23a from your battery, the board ramps it up, there is even a 25a fuse on the board that will blow if it gets more then 25a from the cells.

Correct for output current, the calculate input current (draw from batteries) you need to to power/volts where volts is what the cells are sagging to. So assuming 100w and cells sagging to say 3.5v you are pulling ~9.5amps from the batteries
 
Whats the formula for calculating that out of interest? Can't seem to find it on steam engine :confused:

The closest I can assume is its (W / 3) / V = A?

Just made a profile in wire wizard for 316L, fine tuning has given some quit different results to the standard 316L profile, I'll take it for a whirl.

Its Power (Watts) / Volts (Battery voltage under load)

So for example at the moment I'm vaping 24watts on my SquapeR, and watching Escribe shows my Pack voltage dropping to 6.5v while firing so 24/6.5=3.69Amps rounded to two decimal places

NCR18650B are only something like a 5 or 6amp cell. I'd personally recommend one of the following

Samsung 25R
Samsung 30Q
LG HG2
LG HE4

And always buy from a reputable seller such a Torchy or Ecolux on Ebay

Cheers, I'll keep a note of that, only doing ~5.8A at the battery then as pack voltage is dropping to around 11.12v @ 65w.

My wire wizard made 316L profile works loads better then the standard profile, still not perfect but its at least vapable now and the monitor isn't going as mental.

spent a couple of hours playing with different coils in the Squape Reloaded. My first build was the sweet spot for me, 0.9ohm 26gauge around 3mm at around 18w. I just love how I can rebuild and wick it in a couple of minutes and its spot on everytime.

And my MCR101 was shipped today so I expect I'll get carded tomorrow and have to collect it Wednesday

Ah ok. I've got it wicked through the centre in the Zephyrus, then up and over and it joins with the lower wicks.
 
Does anyone have withdrawal symptoms when they run out from a really great eliquid?

I want Stash eliquids Lushington and Golden Road but it's £90 for 2X120ml bottles imported from USA. I know that there is a UK vendor who sells it but his works out £75 for 120mls. :(
 
Recently got a Versus vape eliquid pack and discovered that cereal/milk flavours are not weird at all but in fact awesome.
As such having seen someone mention Unicorn Milk earlier I've just ordered some of that, Mothers Milk by Suicide Bunny and The Milkman E-liquid.

I'm also pretty much out of kanthal wire so I ordered up some clapton wire, which for me is completely new. I've not tried any of the other types of wire yet on my Vaporshark RDNA40 v2 yet I've just stuck with kanthal since the beginning.

However, having read some of this thread I'm even contemplating following the advice of everyone here and trying my hand at mixing my own flavours next year.
 
Anyone interested in making their own liquids check out Flavour Boss (Facebook group) or a portal on Cloudy-dreams. They have some great clones of recipes, I currently have rocket girl (Rocket man clone). It's awesome.

He sells the concentrates for 1 litre or two. 1 litre costs me £27 quid. I then bought nicotine and VG.

For £50 I have 1 litre of Juice (Rocket girl)
Enough VG left over for another litre of a juice.
Enough Nic for at least 8 litres.

Average costs of 10ml ~£3.
I just got a 1000ml for basically £30. 3p per 10ml.
 
My 317L SS wire has arrived from Crazywirecompany, 24awg and 30awg, 30 is almost like 28awg NI200 so i made dual Twisted coils on an OBS Crius Velocity deck, .4ohms and @60w its a nice warm vape, but again,... will not fire in TC mode with twisted ss wire..

Rob (the guy who runs this) is great, I've had looper and just ordered the Milkmon on a wim as it sounds nice. Would recommend the page/service, he is always responsive and keeps everyone up to date, very trustworthy.


Has anyone had any gear best experiences? I ordered an indestructible RDA 2 weeks ago, and it's not yet been shipped but states (and did at the time of ordering) that it ships within 3 days.

I've sent 2 tickets to no avail, one after a week, another 2 days ago with no response. Was thinking I'd give it until the end of my Xmas holiday and then file a PayPal dispute.

I'm in no rush for it, just having no update/response whatsoever makes me want to do so out of principle. Particularly as the ticketing systems states a 24hour response time.
