**** Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Thread ****

Does anyone know a list of devices with kickstands? Didn't get any over time over Christmas, so wont be able to afford a nice tablet.

Hp envy x2 is big but has a kickstand, but rubbish pin power adapter, which I always break, can't fathom why snap away magnetic power cords aren't the norm.

Could get Surface 2 again, they're cheap. But under powered and no win10, less and less apps are working on them.

Could get a surface pro 2, what's the battery life like on that for web and Netflix?

I've bought the Dell 7140 with the 'Mobile' keyboard, that allows for some degree of rotation, and it has the added benefit of having a 2nd battery in the keyboard :)

Depends on your budget?

Really 200-250, but can't be keyboard used to stand it up, needs to be integrated.
Options seem to be surface 2 or surface pro 2 at the moment, there is one cheap Chinese one with kickstand, hp and dell. But all have the same issue, power adapters I always break and they break the machine port, not the charging cable.

I just picked up a Lenovo Yoga 2 8" to use a Surface Mini.

The 10" version might be an option as it has a kickstand.

But these are Baytrail Atoms.

They would be better if they had been updated.

Whilst I would prefer core M, I can't be choosy at this price and it'll be faster than my surface 2 which is tegra 4, where the kickstand has finally come off fully.
what type of charger is on it?

USB.

But apparently battery life is excellent.

Still waiting for mine from Amazon Germany Warehouse deal. I got the 8". (Gone now)

1920 x 1200 display which is rare in most Windows Tabs.

Comes in 10" as well.

Trouble is its not a new model so might be hard to pickup.

I just needed something cheap to take some places when the £1000 SP4 is too much value to carry.

All ready found it on ebay, new is £199

USB so slow charging, but at least for USB there are aftermarket magnetic snap away adapters.

Certainly seems the best option so far,

My Surface Mini is here :p

Well the Yoga 2 8". Needed something cheap to carry when the SP4 is too big or expensive.

Cost less then the type cover.

Has any pen technology so it will work with any metal object, no palm rejection though.

But with a full HD screen not a bad little device.

got my m3 for xmas. after 6 hours of updating, firmware upgrades etc i have to say, it is brilliant. Battery could be better, as mentioned, but the M3 is the dogs nuts. great for office, web, movies and even civ 5 at full res. i have learnt over the last 18 months, they always want you to upgrade, but the base in this case is fantastic. so often i buy more than i need, not this time, i am very happy.

Just treated myself to one of these, the bottom spec one, I keep getting graphics driver crashed error....any ideas? Mainly in Microsoft Edge.

Also are these able to play any games?
