Investing millions

Do the usual little spread of money in the family, buy a nice house, Porsche 918 and GT3 RS. Invest about 10million and bank the rest.

Just read the article posted here from reddit earlier in the thread. I'm now convinced never to actually 'hand out cash' to anyone, even family. Simply setup a trust fund for them. Have a read, really interesting.

For about 2 months....

I'm not really a massive gambler so I wouldn't worry about blowing the whole lot on blackjack or something. I've only ever been to the place whilst underage so I've had time to appreciate the other stuff you can do there.

That being said, I would probably spend a good few million on parties and women though. :D

Investing in casinos??? In Las Vegas????? Not with a lottery win you won't. They are worth BILLIONS.

Unless you mean hitting the tables, in which. Enjoy lol.

£30 Million would just about cover the running costs for ONE of Abramovich's boats for a YEAR

I'd love to be that rich

Yeah, can't remember the website I was on when I was talking with people about how easily you could blow loads of money in a Brewster's Millions type fashion, and renting even a modest superyacht was in 6 figures per week.

I had to wade through the American (brain did hurt half way), but I made it through. There's some really good points in there. Trust funds, simple investments for returns, changing contact details, PO Boxes..

Hell of a lot of stuff to go through. Reminds me actually of the couple from Scotland who won that ridiculous euromillions jackpot.

Still.. if I win this wednesday, you'll be able to see me at every Goodwood meeting, probably do a charity style trip for the forum or something. My once a year treat!

Billions of debt maybe, Las Vegas is far outwith it's golden age.

So they carry on because they love wearing silly costumes day in day out?

Anyway, I'd sort out debts/houses for loved ones, set up some safe investments to pay a very comfortable allowance for myself and eventually the little one and not worry about making much money. Oh and tell everyone I'd won £5m and it was all gone. I'd still work, but at something I really enjoy. Perhaps seasonal gardening lol

Put all the money abroad where the British government couldn't get their thieving hands on it!
