My first Bricklink order from the USA arrived this week, the Red Five, I have a note to say my Le Mans 24hr has just shipped from a seller in Holland.

Sellers have ratings and feedback like on eBay and as long as you use paypal you should be fine.

Did you click to pay the invoice and did you change the status to paid? My first order, I was able to pay through Bricklink itself clicking a button.

My second order I had to pay the seller direct (using paypal) I did this went on to orders and clicked the little box as paid, seller then contacted me to say shipped a (working) day later.

I got the invoice and then paid him via PayPal with his email address. Then sent him a separate email asking him to confirm safe receipt.

I'd happily buy the bat mobile, copter and bike with all the figures, but the rest...er no!

Batmobile looks awesome, I agree no thanks to the rest, even at £150 I wouldn't have been tempted now we get to see it properly, the cave doesn't look appealing in the slightest.

He also has 99.84% positive with like 4,000+ transactions. I should be safe!

That Batcave is bloody awful. I suspect kids might like it but then why use the old Batmobile?

I don't like sets with loads of small bits, the only one I like is the Xmas one.

All the little detailed bits like the machines are actually quite nice, as is the study, it's just the rocky cave parts that looks crap :/

Does it do something clever like join together and unfold? Seems weird being 3 separate blocks on their own.

For £220 you'd want a massive cave or the Wayne Mansion, not 3 random structures and lots of little bits.
