With regards to earlier posts re 26650 mods, as some of you know, i had an sx350j 26650 mod, and i have a few Shockle 26650 cells, they are 3500mAh, 30amp from Torchy, anything i saw over 3500mAh were lower amp or did not hold up as well based on reports and graphs.
Now 3500mAh may sound good and it could be down to the naff sx350j, but i found battery life to be no better than a good 18650, now as i said it could be down to the sx350j as it seams to stop regulating once you get below nominal voltage and just dumps whatever battery power you have left, you can feel it in the vape as it gets weaker, like using a ego battery... so im guessing fewer mods use the 26650 for this reason, they are not better than 18650... just because they are bigger and Plumes guys noted that they felt drop off and bad sag on the VF Stout with the 26650 cell... so im not hold too much hope in having great battery life from a single 266650 mod.
But the Stout looks good and was cheap, and i dont like having cells i cant use so thought what the heck lol

Norbert (Ecolux) does some Keepower cells that 4200mah 20A and 5200mah 15A iirc

Edit: Moochs test on the 4200mah cell

I generally vape around 50-60w on .3ohm or less coils, so need more than 15-20A to allow an overhead, you dont want to be pushing a 20A battery at its 20A limit, as the cell voltage drops your ampage increases and you risk damage to the cell or worse... venting.

I might get a scale, whilst you weight the PG, Concentrate, VG and Nic do you just do it 1ml = 1g or?

'INW biscuit' <-- Where did you get this concentrate from?

I don't remember the exact weights off the top of my head, but VG iirc is 1ml > 1.26grams. Check this link out, I've been using it as gospel!
https://m.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/2iq3km/botboy141_guide_to_mixing_by_weight/

Edit: did some quick calcs based off that thread, weights are;

VG - 1.26g/ml
PG - 1.03g/ml
PG w/ 7.2% Nic - 1.01g/ml

Hope this helps! :)

I got these ones, do the job well and very cheap.

Only 2 minutes drive from me. Wasn't even aware there was a shop there.

We sometimes hold the Manchester Vape meets there.. it's only been open a few months.. Pete is always one of the first to help out in the vape community. It's worth pop in when it's open again, There's a lot of people that like the juice that he makes.. The ones I've tired have been good.

Damn, i hope they catch the sods, my local B&M was broken into a few weeks back, but they only took the electric balance boards they had in for xmas... no mods or juice taken.

Loving this Squonking:

So, with Squonking - and this may well be a stupid question so bare with me. Do you give the bottle a squeeze to top up the RDA or tip it up and rely on mavity?

yip. you just squeeze the bottle and it pushes the juice up through the 510 pin into your atty and soaks into your wicks, when you let go of the bottle any access juice is sucked back into the bottle.

The Mod is a Svapiamo VTC Mini Sqonker, its basically a 3D printed single 18650 mod that hold a 6ml juice bottle and has been fitted with the VTC Mini 75w TC board, and the RDA is a Snapdragan with bottom feed 510.
If your looking to try squonking maybe check out the SteamCrave Sqonker, its much cheaper, does 60w, but only does TC with NI200 wire, but a great and sturdy mod.
As for that tank, £50 seems steep and ive not come across it before so dont know if its any good, maybe look at the OBS Crius or Griffin RTA, both have a Velocity deck and top fill and less than half the price especially if you order from Fasttech.

I've noticed a lot of people are vaping custards/milks/creamy flavours.

Does anyone know anywhere that sell these types of flavour concentrates that don't contain Acetyl Propionyl, Acetoin, Diacetyl. I don't really fancy getting bronchitis.

ALL of FlavourArts flavourings contain none of these nasties.

Also, here's a list of Capella flavourings without the above too.

TFA (The Flavour Apprentice) list on their site if their concentrates contain Acetoin etc.

I'd be weary of Inawera (INW) & Flavour West (FW). FW have lied in the past about their concentrates, INW state they do not contain any of these 'nasties' but there's no documentation around.

Yep! I need to get a measuring cylinder... the other thing I need to order are more concetrates. I probably have enough concetrate for 20-30ml...

How do you people store your PG, VG and Nicotine? I put them in a plastic box in a small sotrage unit inside my house temp around 20-22c.

PG/VG in one of these - https://www.creamsupplies.co.uk/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=7766&category=3297

Nic base in a 30ml squeezy bottle.

I keep all of it in the fridge.

To all of you DIY'ers, I can fully recommend you give this recipe a go.

A friend at work made it and it's a beautiful vape!

Ok, after some thinking I've decided to try out an RDA. Now I'm new to this so looking some advice as to what I will need. Payday has come and i'm after a new mod too, have been looking at the joytech cuboid and the Smok R200 looks neat which releases in February. As for an RDA I don't know, I've heard great things about the Velocity though. So looking for some suggestions.

Anyone? Also if i'm looking into making my own coils would it be best to buy the kit and an ohm/voltage meter?

The Velocity is an easy to build dripper so good for a first time builder but its more for clouds than flavour, though if you shut the airflow down it does flavour rather well, the Hobo and Magma or Veritas or Marguis are better for flavour.
Def get an ohm reader, better to test on that than a live mod to ensure your coils are ok.

Ahh vaping... I still have mine, go through phases of using it. I just don't feel the need anymore though. I do miss it however...

I reckon I might go and pick up my vape now... >.>
