If your thinking of getting the gold edition digitally on the ps4 you can get it cheaper than the £80 it's up for with a bit of jiggery pokery.

There is an offer on the store at the mo that if you top up your account by £100 (between the 2/3 & 8/3)they will send you a code for £15 on the 9/3. Go to cdkeys and pick up 2 x £50 PSN codes for £91.98, pre-order the Gold edition and on the 9th you will have £35 credit left. Managed to save me £3 on my amazon pre-order and I can be a lazy arse and not have to swap disc's :)
 
I ended up cancelling my amazon order to take advantage of the Sony credit offer and go digital.

Ordered through cdkeys and they asked for photo id to be emailed through!
Not had that before from any site I have ordered from so told them to do one and cancel and going to go with another vendor or physical cards from amazon for similar cost.

I'll be on PS4 on the 8th.

I've used cdkeys tons never had them ask for that? Not bought credit though just been games
 
LOL yeah just spotted that when I played it again - I was expecting it to say multi-squad something...

Additionally, two free updates, available to all players, will hit in the months following launch. Beginning in April, the Incursions update will add an endgame activity designed for squad play, challenging teams of four players to face nigh-unstoppable enemies for high-level loot. Also coming with the Incursions update is loot trading. Players in the same squad will be able to trade loot that’s collected during their co-op game session. The Conflict update will follow in May, adding new Dark Zone feature and an incursion into New York’s Columbus Circle.

Three paid expansions are also planned throughout the year, and will be available to players with a Season Pass or to those who buy the Gold or Collector’s Edition of the game. In June, the Underground expansion will send you to hunt enemies in the vast mazes of tunnels and subways that run under Manhattan. Underground will be followed by Survival later in the summer, which will challenge you to survive for as long as possible in a very hostile environment while gathering supplies and equipment. Finally, Last Stand will arrive along with winter, challenging players with a new, relentless threat.

really good of them to lay out their plans for the free updates. Everybody rolled their eyes at the plans for "great new stuff" to be rolled out through updates. But this stuff sounds good. All aboard the hype train !!!!

Just read the blog post, this allows you to swap the mission rewards with each other in a group at the end of a mission.

This is absolutely incredible and what destiny players like myself have been asking for, for years. It stops people selling items for money and farming them and distorting the economy etc..

All it does is enable you to give that really sweet weapon you don't need to one of your squad mates. Absolutely stoked for this. Well done Massive.

Agree, i remember getting ghorn and dismantling everyone go noooo :)

Massive done a great job so far, doing everything right. listen to players feedback made changes to dark zone, now have a plan for year 1, something bungie can't do right now

Shame theres no raid for the first year, but yeah the QOL stuff from pretty much launch is a great touch - they looked at Destiny and noticed where Bungie went wrong...

Very Diablo-esqe how some of these features sound

It did seem strange apparently it is to protect themselves from fraud and and credit card/paypal charge back. Or maybe to allow them to provide details for identify theft who knows. I've cancelled and going to get the cards from Amazon and then get digital

does sound like a "raid" type activity won't come until much later.

There explanation seems odd I'd of done same as you so there loss
 
Ubisoft rubbing the lack of transparency in bungies face much :)

Can't wait for all this, gonna be good getting together with some of the ps4 destiny guys (and maybe some xbox one's). Gone off destiny abit.

Just hope amazon gets it out on time (early ;))
