In the interest of not being suspended for personal views i won't air it but its another terrible thing to happen within Europe and it worries me greatly that the next attack within the UK isn't so long or too far away.

Horrible to say but this is a totally valid point. An explosive without projectiles will cause far less damage if you are outside the blast zone, with nails you ensure worse injuries.
I know and most people probably know that also but i was getting at why do they like stating the obvious. It is like they start throwing things in as they start to run out of things to report on until new news comes in on the events.
No he doesn't and an attack in the UK is to be expected tbh.

People say things like "I am counting down the days until christmas" or "I am just counting the days until my next holiday". The turn of phrase indicates something someone is looking forward too.
Sky just showed pictures of what looked like one (or two) of the bombers from the CCTV cameras, of a guy stood wearing what looks like some sort of explosive vest,
The scary thing is that this was in the departure lounge, so they somehow managed to bypass all the x-rays, all the security checks, etc etc... almost as though they assembled it after they'd got through security, OR been handed it/collected it after all the security checks.
Pretty scary though.

It isnt the reporters job to establish it, security yes, do i or you need to know there was nails in it to cause maximum damage, no i think not.
Explosions have happened, people have been killed and maimed by scum, having nails in it and pointing that out is neither here nor there.

No, they didn't. It was a public area before the need to be screened.

It was in the departure hall near the check-in desks for American Airlines and Brussels Airlines.
- Status
