So this remote play thing, does that mean that the DualShock 4 is fully compatible with Windows and Mac OS X? i.e. the touchpad works, it charges up, etc.

In that case would it work as a controller in PC games, too?

Little haul today: Golfclub collectors edition, warriors oroche 3 ultimate and killzone (was £5 so I had to)

I went ahead and bought Rory PGA and Madden 16. I was after some more sports games. Currently have Pure Pool in my sights now for £7.99. Looks very therapeutic.

There is Snooker DLC for it.

I think at some point I might get the new baseball game and 2k basketball.

Anyone tested the PC/Mac remote play yet?

Yeah had a go there, my monitor isn't the best but can definitely see the lower resolution. Had a few stutters but nothing major. Was only testing it so played that Flame Over game that was on PS+ a while ago (Mrs is playing it) and it worked fine, don't know how it would hold for call of duty.

Playing on 50Mbps Virgin internet, i7 5820k and R9 390..

Probably won't use it much, maybe when she wants to watch TV and I fancy a game but I'm not sure it'd be that good on a FPS so not sure how much time I'll spend on it, plus I have some decent PC games so I will probably keep PC and PS4 separate as I normally do. Not necessarily a winner for me.

I played Witcher 3 at work today during lunch on my Macbook Air and it was absolutely fine, have 80/80 up/down fibre at home and decent fibre at work but as with remote play at home I think it depends on the game.

Witches, Assassins Creed, Batman have all been great but I wouldn't bother trying to play an online FPS, or maybe even a single player FPS.

In saying that I gave drive club a bash and was managing fine, I could tell it was not as responsive as on the PS4 itself but was considerably better than I expected.

Got Pure Pool it's pretty good, like it for the most part but feel Hustle Kings does it a little better. I'll definitely be picking up the Snooker DLC didn't even know there as one.

Got both MLB16 and NBA2k16 both very good games if your into either of the sports. I'd say both are the best at what their rival ones.

Where do people stand with Pure Pool vs Hustle Kings - trying to decide maybe to get the DLC for HK instead of just getting PP when its next on offer. TBH HK as a F2P is fun for me with the odd game once in a blue moo - I just loved its trick shot DLC on the PS3 and swear HK was still better for cue ball options over PP

ps3ud0
