Yep , I'm just glad that we can afford it. I thought we were broke but apparently not. Always money for wars and the aftermath.
So what do we use to categorise them now, the modern definition or one from 100 years ago?

I did say that and I stand by that statement.

It's a moot point anyway as the two refugees I did sponsor were found accommodation by the University anyway.
