Manchester Police forced to apologise for "Racial Stereotyping" during mock attack

Tricky, surely they cant just parody it?

If it were me i'd be having him yell "there is no god but om!"

Theres ways to get the same political/religious tension in the situation without directly referring to any real religion.
 
I'm glad to see that we are clearly totally safe from any form of attacks other than those associated with Islam.
The most chilling thing about Anders Breivik was his shouting of Alluha Akbar as his bomb went off and he gunned down 69 people.
But if it was just one person who thought it would be a good idea to shout that then it's a bit of a storm in a teacup, it should be contended with the police, the police should say sorry, which they have, and everyone can carry on.
Why is anyone bothered about this minor news widdle?

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't make a difference to the training exercise, but they said it anyway. The key question here is, so what? They shouldn't be made example of or called out for racial stereotyping, it's pathetic. In recent history, terrorist attacks in western Europe, with the sole exception of brevik, have been committed by Muslims, many of whom were screaming allahu Akbar at the time. The police are using recent examples of terrorism to 'act out' (not mime...) a typical modern terrorist attack.

It's this kind of ******** that makes the British public who are generally pretty central politically lean towards the right because they are sick of the political correct nonsense.

Harming community relations?

Does anyone get the feeling that this sort of **** has gone on long enough now. British people are expected to be careful and be understanding and be concerned with community relations.... Then you have a soldier beheaded in the streets because this group of society (note the wording PC brigade) gets offended at the slightest atom blowing the wrong way...

The double standards that are being allowed to play out now in this country are beyond a joke. Blasphemy laws will soon be coming in the Sharia Courts that are in the UK now

Should have heard the daft bint that complained trying to justify it on Radio 5 Live.

She was saying it was a comon term and not to alienate the Muslim community and some people have it as their ring tone !!!!!

If I heard that as a ring tone on a bus, I would **** myself.

Lets see. Shariah Courts try and charge me with blasphemy. I fail to turn up. That's it is it? Or will some knuckle dragger come looking for a prize thanks to an unofficial fatwa?

An attack could come from anybody lone or associated with any movement. It would be stupid to focus on Islamic attacks or influence people into only being vigilant against Islamic attackers. That's what.

Pretty sure creating such a unofficial fatwa would be a crime in our own courts who have the power to do something about it.

Although lets test the theory;

I do not believe in the afterlife, nor do I believe in Muhammad, I regularly consume alcohol, gamble and am alone with non blood members of the opposite sex.

Bring it on draggers.

No muslim I've ever met has taken offense at my apparent blasphemy.

Yeah after hearing this if I saw an Irish guy with a bomb it wouldn't matter. Its only when they utter a certain phrase I get worried.

They were training for a specific type of attack.

You've seen one example of the police training for an Islamic terrorist attack and you have jumped to the conclusion that all training across the country is solely for this purpose. :rolleyes:

To all the naysayers; what do you want? Do you want an apology from the police? Will that make you feel better? So many delicate flowers in this country nowadays it's ridiculous.

Police apology could go something like this I spose....

We are sorry for saying the words alluhu Akbar in a recent training exercise. The reason we did this is because we were 'acting out' a realistic Islamic terrorist attack. We were trying to make it as real as possible based on recent historical terrorist attacks. This decision to act out a realist attack was insensitive of us; we should have considered the sensitive feelings of Muslims and SJWs. Despite the fact that 99% of western terrorist related deaths in the last 25 years have been carried out by Muslim terrorist factions, we should not have focused on this religious/ social group. In future all terrorist training will be carried out in complete silence so as not to offend. Once again, we are sorry.
