Do you imagine that everyone will be like "well that was fun, what's for dinner luv?" I would imagine quite a few people (about 50% of the country) being disgruntled over it. Some may even get up and protest near parliament.
I'm 100% sure that if a Leave vote is returned by the referendum, then the British government will take us out of the EU. Our democracy is mature enough to ensure this happens. The Tories can instigate a vote of no-confidence if Cameron does this - he wouldn't survive. I don't have much time for Corbyn, but I honestly can't see him instructing his MPs to vote against the will of the people. The SNP are there to make mischief in England but apart from them it's not going to be an issue.
There isn't a majority in parliament to push a exit through though. Not even close if a few of the remainers wish to follow through based on public opinion.
