Unfortunately, this model is discontinued so its ebay or looking for another boot. They're selling out what's left in their and Dainese warehouse.

I'm skinny, trousers size 30, jacket 48 in terms of the leathers. But I've size 50 textile so I can wear a hoody under it.

Edit: I'll go to J&S tomorrow in the morning, they've a similar model in my size. Should give me a rough idea, for most boots a 0.5 inbetween sizes would be perfect in my case as its either too small or too big.

Another drenching on my way home today, first time in nearly 18 months I've not had puddles in my boots though. It was glorious!

What boots did you have previously? Weren't they Daytona's?

Nope I tried the Daytonas but the wide fit boot meant I had plenty of width to be comfortable but left far too much room above my foot so they were flapping about plus they were a bit too heavy and stiff for me and were a lot of money for me not to be totally happy with them.

I've been wearing a pair of Richa Zenith boots since about a month after I done my CBT, very comfy but complete **** quality wise.

That's the problem I've with Alpinestars, my feet are too slim for them. But than width wise they're good...

I've just bought some army surplus goretex style trousers £25 with full length leg zips so no worries getting them on quickly over boots and not a hint of biker gear tax in sight so my bank balance is much happier.

I caught attention of undercover car today, I didn't slow down on roundabouts and saw in my mirror as he speed up to stay behind me. Went to left lane and slowed down to 33mph, saw them coming past. Looked through the window, I was like 'Not today'. I did brake a bit late, but it worked they increased the distance.

Incredible for a stock pipe, isn't it. Open it up above around 7,000 rpm and there's a whole angry Bavarian orchestra on tap. Beautiful. No idea how it is legal.

They're perfect in every aspect... apart from that cut at the end. Grrr I've tried Alpinestars, Sidi's, TCX and now Dainese. Running out of options, I could go for adventure boots, but they look meh... granddad style.

Gaerne boots have been out for years and one of the best known and recommended trials boots - the oiled boots.
Not sure how they are on the road though.

That'll be why I've never heard of them then never had a reason to look for trials kit.

yep, i used some road ones, they are great, got them cheap on ebay too

my other pair are Alpinestars SMX5 but not used much
