Actually so how does this work now. Is this an internal voting thing like Brown for labour. That ended well! There won't be a GE, so I guess its down to who the party wants, and given that BoJo was leading the out camp and Dave has left because of brexit, it must surely mean BoJo is the next PM.

Boris has made some very shrewd political positioning, I expect he will probably be PM after October.
