Sky Sources: Education Secretary Nicky Morgan is considering a leadership bid following David Cameron's resignation #EUref

Human rights will be one of the first that goes, likely followed by any EU laws that protect workers rights. If the Tories stay in power this country is going to get nailed. Secretly every tory wanted brexit anyway so they could unshackle themsleves from all the EU legislation that preventted them from doing some of the more heinous things. The poor are about to get done up the harris without lubrication and what's funny is that they did this to themselves.

You do realise that EU laws would have to be repealed by acts of parliament, requiring a majority, which a leave campaign led Tory government is unlikely to have? Also the ECHR isn't an EU law.

People are upset with the results but that's democracy, unlike Brussels, if the government wanted to win they needed to make a more valid argument to persuade people.

I think the EU referendum has proven the economic argument is irrelevant. People are going to vote with their hearts next time. Its just going to be England Wales Gibraltar left behind in some sort of sitcom. A sitcom of Darma & Greg levels of quality.

Gibraltar will go back to Spain before the negotiations are over. No way are they going to sit pretty where they are and not be part of the EU. If there was another vote in Gibraltar now to vote if they want to stay as part of the UK or go to Spain they'd hot foot it to spain in a heartbeat

I think it is likely the whole UK will split eventually after this, especially after seeing how Northern Ireland and Scotland voted.

We will just be silly little old England without a friend the world.

There is almost no chance Gibraltar will join Spain. Zero. Zip. Naddaa.

What utter nonsense. For us the vote wasn't a Uk or Eu vote. Would rather murder than see a Spanish flag over my home land.

And Cornwall will be closed off as well and we are keeping our pastys with us :D

A MAGNIFICENT DAY FOR GREAT BRITAIN!

Arise Sir Nigel Farage!

Without him none of this magnificence would have been possible!

GLORIOUS RESULT!

YES!!!!!

There are some rumours in Westminster that Boris, if he becomes PM, will offer Farage a place in the Cabinet - so it'll be Lord Nigel Farage!
