NVIDIA to Unveil GeForce GTX TITAN P at Gamescom

I got too frustrated waiting on my 1080 preorder that I ended up cancelling it at the end of last month and now holding out for the Ti. If it comes in at £800 to £1000 I'll happily bite on release.

A Ti and a 4K IPS monitor with g-synch would suit me nicely!

All the people saying it will not feature HBM2 memory lol. Because GDDR5X is enough lol. I said this before, they demonstrated Pascal with HBM memory so it was obviously planned to have HBM on Pascal and makes sense to have it on the flagship cards which are targeted at higher res. But no i got shot down.

Anyway looks like it will be a BEAST! :D

Damn, this looks sick, kinda like how the 10 core broadwell-e did but then you look at prices and it's back to 'meh, whatever'. :D

Yeah, the more i think about it, the more I wonder, do I really need a Ti? I am starting to move from "I want one" to "what I have is good enough"!

the Titan X increased the price back up because people still buy them. the new Titan will sell like hot cake whatever price it is

I'd like a 1080Ti to upgrade my 980Ti, but I expect prices to be high enough to put me off this year. So I'll probably end up skipping this gen altogether.
