It's about 3200km without out a motorway in sight, as I start off in the good bits anyway . If you zoom in on any part of that route it's nothing but curves everywhere
Yeah, I'd imagine average speeds will be 30mph or so, that's 6-7 hours riding. 200-250 miles on just twisties is the limit for a days riding, any more becomes a long day.
Check out http://www.motogoloco.com/. It's better in that you can add as many points as you want (Google Maps is limited to something like 12 points per route), and you can export to satnavs. I used Google Maps for my last trip, but motogoloco does look good if you get used to it.
That must have been within the last 3 weeks then because it didn't allow you to plot multiple points when I last did it for a big ride and you couldn't export to satnav.
Has anyone got any suggestions for luggage options on the Street Triple?
I have an excellent tank bag but I don't think I want to ride for 10 days with a rucksack on my back. There are no realistic top box options for the Street Triple as the mounting points are too fragile for any weight.
