I know this may not go down well but we need to stop bombing countries in the middle east. It makes for easy recruitment.

Getting the truck to a crowd of people large and restricted enough to ensure they don't just simply move out of the way when they see you coming is the harder part.

Getting a HGV illegally is still pretty hard.

Where and what in these countries do you bomb?

There are no headquarters, no barracks and some of the people you would like to kill live in a ordinary house surrounded by lots of other ordinary houses.

You can't fight terror cells with bombs from above.

This all seems to stem from western involvement in the middle east, and the supposed ** Removed *** followers thinking they have a religious right to perform this kind of atrocity against non-believers, or other Muslim factions even.

That isn't something that can be easily overcome I think. The only way to truly solve this problem would be for the religion of Islam to be completely removed or reformed so that this kind of activity is beyond unacceptable.

My boss is from Israel, he says every part of life over there revolves around the possibility of a terrorist attack occurring. Civilians are encouraged to carry firearms, you can't enter a public place without going through a metal detector, you don't open post unless you know where it came from.

I think the trick to this is not being so open poisonous ideologies in the first place.
 
My morbid curiosity got the best of me and I saw some 'aftermath' footage - really very unsettling / upsetting. How could anyone do something so evil and senseless! :(
