84 Confirmed dead after another apparent terrorism attack in Nice, France,

I am in Nice at the moment, we had just left the hotel to head into the central area and a French Lady among others was warning of a bomb scare going on right now. Can't see anything in the news. The news crews were still around this afternoon.
 
France 24 have got the live broadcast of the French Prosecutor giving what they now know, confirmed he had planned this for months and others are involved.
 
Nothing about an imminent threat?

There has been a massive visable security increase across the whole coast since last week. I can't see it being true but better safe than sorry, currently sat in our hotel with a nice coffee.

posters had ample opportunity to give a clear and concise answer yet only one actually attempted but his was a really crap answer.
others didnt seem capable of understanding and one poster repeatedly failed to read then looked angry.

On the other page you demanded others answer your question then when you didn't get the answer you wanted you left.. You also avoided answering a similar question directed at yourself.
 
Someone makes a claim and i ask for proof to back up their claim.

Can you give me examples of a branch of ISIS, perhaps even a group of individuals, that do not align its/their reason for being with Islam? The IRA were all catholic paddies and as someone who comes from a catholic paddy family I acknowledge that and will disassociate myself with any of their actions. I won't seek to rationalise, I won't seek reasons, I will just disassociate with the act of murders and will never seek to reason how they might have got to that point or seek to defend them or their supporters ever, at any point, alive or dead.

This is not something I see/hear or believe to be commonly actioned across the Muslim community. I may be wrong of course, but if I knew of a family member about to go off on one off to the police I would go without a second thought. THAT is why people have problems, this isn't the case within vast swathes of what is a very insular community. If you are unable to acknowledge this then any further debate is pointless.
 
My view on the insular Muslim community has come from Muslims, Muslims who are perhaps more westernised in their thinking and lives but practicing Muslims none the less. I am not making it up, people who know and find these acts abhorrent are telling me they believe themselves to be a minority within their community. That I find sad and the route cause of why people are now backlashing against it. Very broken world we live in, people need to change and sadly that needs to be the small minority in the west, not the big one.

Well your wrong, only the most blind fool would defend or rationalise the actions of isis. Remember they target everyone who disagrees with them and usually that is Muslims. I wonder who these Muslims are who talk to you, sound like a bunch of grovelling idiots.

I'm glad you disassociate yourself from the actions of the IRA. From my own memory I see little difference between Muslims at large Now and Irish Catholics at large during the period that the IRA were active terrorists.

I don't recall Irish Catholics, leaders of the church etc apologising for/denouncing IRA actions at the time, though I was relatively young during that period so perhaps they were active in denouncing the violence on mass and I just missed it?
