Stopped playing after the utter cluster !!!! that was powerplay.

Every-time i read about a update its completely in the wrong direction the actual players want ask for.

yeah but Thargoids man! You want to be around when the invasion armada hits the outer rims and zerg rushes colonies etc.

tbh if Frontier **** up the thargoids then i'm calling it quits as well.
 
I have't played in ages now :(

The engineers update pretty much confirmed that all they plan on adding is more things to grind for.

Such a shame as this game had so much promise :(

Well, I actually played last night for the first time in about a month, simply to go to Merope. I want to visit a barnacle and see if I can find an Unknown Artifact etc... That intrigues me... So tonight I'll try and find a barnacle, and then fly off and find a UA if I can? No idea where to go apart from a certain distance from Merope... :/

ps: The Engineers is getting a kick in the coming months relaxing its requirements (grind).

Considering FDev cant really get a happy balance for AI difficulty, I am slightly worried when Thargoids do finally come into the game (considering how hard they're supposed to be etc)

Ive stopped playing for now, the grind they introduced with the delayed 2.1 update just put me off. Ill come back and see how they've implemented multi-crew when that's out.
 
Well I imagine that's the case, hence why Engineers is out I guess.

FD will be aware of the stats of how many players have ships with appropriately "up-gunned" capability. So in theory, should be able to balance.

My kind of hope on that is that they are tough, quite possibly to the point where they'll require wings to be able to take down tougher Thargoid ships.
 
Hi everybody,

I think I need your help here. I was in system BD-10 4011 delivering a package to Sinclair Port and there I decided to buy a Viper for extraction sites to earn some money fighting wanted pilots. I stored my ASP in Sinclair Port. Unfortunately when I reached the 1st extraction site, federal security ships attacked me while I was not wanted for anything!! Now whenever I try to land in Sinclair Port to change ships I get attacked!!! Any ideas??
 
Ok I uninstalled this the other day thinking that's it Ive had it with the game... and then this happens....

Well, in summary :)

The barnacles -> unknown artifacts -> unknown probes -> message hidden in signal...
 
Can these be seen at the aforementioned system?

Does it do anything or just visual?

The barnacles are now all damaged - I don't believe there's any intact ones to see now :(

The unknown artifacts are easy to find, but if you pick them up (without crafted cargo holds) they'll damage your ship.

I've not see an unknown probe yet... Not got around to that...

Incidentally, crafted cargo holds? That's the first time Ive heard this! You can improve cargo holds with engineers?

Damn man, why cant all this stuff be contained in game...
