Asus prices already being a lot higher then just about every other brand may have something to do with it....![]()
Asus have always had the highest prices, way before Brexit. The weakened pound further compounds the issue.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

What is the issue here? It's already taken care of by how the pound/dollar etc is valued, this is complete trash.
So let's get this straight:
1) There products even though a premium price actually often suck (or badly implemented)
2) RMA sucks
3) BIOS support sucks (Motherboard and GPU) on anything that isn't the most current.
Yet they want to up their prices? Maybe they should invest in customer support.
Ever tried contacting their uk support? Basically all they tell you is to contact the place you bought the product from, so i'm not sure what the point of their uk support is...Presumably a canned email response would suffice instead of having some physically there to reply to emails.
To pretend something it is not. It is playing the system.
Dear Gerard,
ASUS as a manufacturer does not sell or send anything directly to end users and as such any requests for replacements can only be addressed to retailer with whom you have the direct purchase contract.
Please contact the retailer for a replacement or refund so we can then get the product you wish.
Best Regards,
ASUS Technical Support

Asus make sweet motherboards and monitors but raising the already expensive prices will hopefully backfire on them.
