The desirable stats are Intellect & Discipline, preferably with high rolls. After that its down to the perks and the weapon types you prefer. So if you prefer scout rifles like mida, you'll prefer scout rifle ammo and scout rifle reload time. For boots you usually want your choice of machine gun ammo or rocket launcher ammo, again with high intellect discipline. You can use the ishtar commander app or similar to check out what % of the maximum roll your armor has. Destiny item manager for chrome is also very good too and easier to use with a big screen.
Cool to know.
It's all pretty irrelevant right now with ROI round the corner I guess so I'm not gonna worry too much now.
Actually, you'll be able to infuse all Y2 legendary armour up to Y3 light levels, so not as irrelevant as you may think.
This will be the first expansion with the new light level and gear being brought forward so I can only guess that a "Tier 12" capable piece or armour now will still be top tier once infused up to 400 light.
I haven't been keeping track of anything to do with ROI but have they confirmed details on the armour and infusing? As surely it depends on if something similar is going to happen as before where the increase in light level means an effective reduction in our int/dis/str stats. So infusing armour could increase your light level but really you will want to keep new stuff due to higher int/dis/str rolls.
they're not reducing your int/dis/str stats. All year 2 gear is going to be infusable up to the new light levels.
Nothing much is going to change, apart from the fact the maximum rolls will get higher. Exactly how much higher, nobody knows. Destiny Item Manager wil be removing the % of maximum roll stat from the app come ROI until they have more data to find out what the new max is.
Not sure I'll have time for a raid this week, but I have a couple hours this evening from around 5:30.
Anyone fancy quick blast through the NF and 3x CoE runs? Court of Oryx T3 would be good too.
Your time![]()
whats a good raid for beginners? Ive never really had a lot of time on my hands so never tried one.
