Agreed... They tried to do an apple and it's backfired big time ( though personally it's the lack of removable battery rather than sd card that bothers me more).
Maybe they'll go back to making decent functional phones (hello Note 4) again!
 
Still no word on if it's an "exchange" or a send back (to reduce the risk) and get a new one in a couple of weeks...

I really do hope for the exchange....
 
So anybody that ordered from CPW will be contacted by them to replace their handset? I ****ing hope not as according to CPW my order was cancelled!

I got that too but the Samsung statement yesterday about the operator/provider contacting you to arrange the replacement was confusing.

Just gave Samsung a call and they confirmed that they'll will be handling the replacement. I can only assume the statement was referring to the text we received from CPW telling us to call Samsung.
