**** The Official Samsung Galaxy S7/Edge Thread ****

£100 more when referring to a £300 phone isn't as substantial a difference as £100 when spending £600 on one. There is a big difference.

I get free phone insurance through my bank so I guess it's not a problem for me.

You need to watch out for that, I would check your T&C with the insurance. My friend got caught out buying a phone and when it packed up he when straight to his insurance but it was invalid because it wasn't purchased from a verified seller. Sites such as eBay. Gumtree or even Amazon etc are not verified sellers.

I suppose because its easy to sell stolen phones there.

Same can be said for any phone, like the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 P. You pay the extra for the bigger screen when the hardware is more or less the same.

Not just a bigger screen. There's the HDR display, 64gb on board storage compared to 32gb, iris scanner (whether you find that useful is up to you but still an extra feature) and I haven't even mentioned the S Pen yet.

I've had numerous phones repaired/replaced by my bank insurance. They've never asked any questions before!

Samsung SmartSwitch for Android and pc, then initiate the full backup.

Alternatively you can just run it on the phone and create a backup on the sd card of its big enough.

Regarding smartswitch backup to usb OTG, does it have to be a blank drive or is a populated one ok?

Was thinking of buying s7 edge is there any difference between one selling for £490 and £560?

Seen few on the bay and rainforest. Are there two different versions.

What's the difference between g930f and g935f?
