I'm speaking with Apple atm, too be honest I might as well be speaking with Charlie the chimp at monkey world

I know it gets said a lot, but this kind of thing wouldn't have happened under Jobs. Apple is always about getting it out the door now, their QA department seems to be on a constant holiday

It doesn't download it stops about halfway through and you have to start again so atm there is now way to fix.
