USA has been borrowing against its national welfare funds for years. The Social Security Trust Fund - i.e. US pensions et al. - owns around $2.7trn of the USA's national debt. By "owns" we of course mean that the money is taken from there and an I.O.U. note is returned. Not sure about the UK, but I wouldn't be surprised if we had similarly robbed Peter to pay Paul.
So Russia is doing nothing that the USA hasn't done itself some time before.
Also, I rarely break out the "LOL"s, but "Communist Dictator"? LOL.
The US debt is in US dollars, which can be printed at will, and most of it is owned by US entities. Your comparison is ridiculous.
As for Russia, it is falling apart. We're not seeing news about it due to state control of the media and the internet. The Russians are robust people, they can take quite a few hits but when the economic/political disaster starts affecting their ability to look after their children, they will have no more of it and they will rise up violently, as they have done in the past.

Why can't they be trusted? It's not like they have ever used one is it.
It's the west we can't trust with nukes, everyone who doesn't have one gets taken out by the US or UK.

Nah he's been doing it for a while, there was no Stalin him.
Few more years and we will see regions declaring independence, it will be like break up of soviet union only this time of Russia.
We have to be ready to move our forces in, and secure the nukes for the well being of everyone.
Their natural resources should also be controlled by the US because Russian's clearly dont know what they are doing. They are using it as leverage against Europe and thats disgusting, we can't allow them to do so anymore in the future.
Or just eat their children as they done in Leningrad in the past. Majority of Russians are useless parents, tell the average Russian you shouldn't wrap up their baby in winter clothes and two hats when it's over 20c outside and they will call you crazy, their childrens care really isn't their weak link

Not sure if trolling or actually that naive - the moment we move forces in like that it would be nukes flying overhead long before they were ever secured - Russia has a massive, distributed and heavily guarded/equipped strategic nuclear force.
Its unlikely more regions will break off - the Russian government will likely use forces and make an example of the first one that attempted it before that would happen.

TBH Siberian independence isn't such an unlikely proposition in the long-term. They do not feel themselves to be truly Russian, they have the means to have a stable economy with willing and able buyers to the South, and no country not even Russia would be able to fight there hell even Ghengis Khan skipped that bit.

Russia has spent more than 300bn since the Georgian war modernising their forces and cutting them back into something they can afford to maintain.
