Mostly luck, some trading (buying Piszczek for 3200-3800 on auction and selling for 4200-4400 BIN). Doing the squad challenges has been the most profitable for me, some of the packs you get are 12 gold players, 6 rare.

I've packed and sold Payet (35k), Mane (9k) and some other decent ones. I also bought about £12 worth of points at the start to get a few thousand coins.
 
Quick question, can I get EA Access or whatever it's called and download the 10 hour trial of this? I've preordered but it's the physical release not the download version.
 
I must have the worst luck with packs. I've never received a player that's with more than like 2k gold for the passed few years. Takes me a whole year to just get a half decent team.

Yeah I did but I sense every one is doing been downloading for 10hrs now xbone sucks at downloading anything! Ps4 pc etc I'm downloading at full :/

Played about 10 games, no lag.

Only lag I did have is when my PC started downloading Windows Updates. 16 never had lag for me when I moved to fiber.

I'm liking the game anyway, it's better than 16. Defending appears more intelligent, no stupid fouls, I like the last ditch touches/slides defenders do when you think all is lost. Keepers are dodgy, their parries are awful.

I've played on FUT game so far, I got Mahrez in a pack, he seems very good, I might keep him, only a matter of time before he gets an IF and his price will rocket. 5 star skiller and all that jazz.
 
This is a billion times better than FIFA 16, I don't know what's changed but it just feels so much better and less infuriating to play. I've only played 10 or so games so maybe that will come, but so far when things haven't gone my way it's been my own fault, and not some BS AI or something similar.

Really enjoying it, although that could be because I've just won 4 in a row, including an 8-1 and a 5-0.

Anyone else having trouble with early access? May be having a noob moment here but when ever i go through the ea access app it takes me to the xbox live store and tells me i have to wait until release date? Ive pre-ordered the game from the xbox store could that be the problem? Never bothered with early access as this is my first fifa in years on Xbone and not PC.
 
I never need to use the EA Access app, just go to the standard game (not the deluxe version or anything) in the store and it will let you downoload the trial from there. Or perhaps there's a problem because you've pre-ordered it.

Yeah im wondering if it is because of pre ordering it i was going to get a refund but i was in a 85minute wait to get through to xbox support so going try again on monday if i csnt get it to work.
