Just finished the first season of the Journey. Now it won't let me advance and wants to take me to Ultimate Team, which I don't play.

Figured you could carry on for a few seasons? :confused:
 
What's Kane like? Just bought 79p of points so I had enough to open a 150 pack and pulled him. Should I trade him in for Cavani?
 
Started ultimate team division.
So I'm in division 10 with my full bronze 2 star team. And I'm getting put against 5 star teams.... 3 times

Am I doing something wrong

Doesnt match you according to your team rating, matches your skill level I believe.
 
I'm so bad at this game, can't defend to save my life. Getting beat by some truly woeful players.

Rage sold everyone apart from Lukaku. Need a fresh start, hate all formations, hate all teams. :)

I assume you tried those setting I linked to ? Didn't work ? My team is below play pretty good Silva is awesome as usual. Cavani is getting sold when his IF comes in today.

Tried changing the camera angle? I can't get on with the default one at all so using FIFA 16 DEFAULT. Tele Broadcast isn't bad either but neither are perfect.

They could really do with a feature that allows you to create/pan your own.
 
Funnily enough I used to use co-op mainly so I could see wingers running as I never use the mini map - this year it just feels so slow and i can't adapt.

My defending was bad in 16, worse in 17.

I did try them custom tactics, they worked for a few games. I always use 4321 but think it leaves me open defensively.

Yeah that's problem with cameras I mentioned which is why they're not perfect. But for me it makes buildup play and defending easier somehow. I think co op was the one that was too high up for me.

Every formation has its weaknesses, I use 4231 which is great for width and you can play centrally too, but sometimes it is difficult(limited attacking options) it depends on the other players formation, defensive skills and possibly custom tactics.

Changed back passing from semi to assisted as didn't feel I was in control at all times, with some passes going astray.

If only I got to play you lot but it seems we end up getting the same opponents.

For some reason l, I keep conceeding from kick-off. They literally run around team, pass, goal...

Is FIFA 16 Default camera quite close up? Closer than tele broadcast?
 
lol no1 tries to tackle or commit players - was getting bad in fifa 16, even worse in fifa 17...

makes the game feel so congested and boring
