WOW 2000dpi @ 20 I was 800dpi @ 20 and spinning like mad.
I would think the DPI setting on mouse and in game sens would be totally different entities.
which map do you mean? as they are all WWI maps since its a WWI game
as for playing the same map every match, i think you would need to rent your own server for this as all the official ones are on a rotation
Fog in the desert is a bit funny though... I mean fog in a desert, it can't be that common surely?

i always thought i was one of the people who had theres set really low compared to others
but like you said - just got to keep trying different settings until you find one you like.. although i think you will need it higher in MP than you would in campaign just because AI are a lot slower

When playing COD I had high sens but had to lower it dramatically to play CS

I've played Sinai 3 or 4 times since release and have had fog each time. Haven't had a sandstorm yet, only in Beta.

I think your 5870 may prove to be a bit lacking, although i would be looking at one of the 4GB 480s over a 470, there is only about £20 difference between them.
Yeah in CS:GO I play 400dpi & 1.4 in game - there's definitely an adjustment to be made for BF.
The game is faster-paced with huge open areas, lots of sprinting & navigating through buildings quickly. Whereas in CS, you're holding angles on very linear maps so you can get away with a lower sensitivity I feel.
Running 8 in game on BF1 at the moment which feels good to me. Probably best off hitting a few games of TDM and playing with the sensitivities

The game isn't dead, I nearly was - manflu gripped me.
Oh you are back to playing the grind fest, spend 4 hours grinding for a yellow pair of gloves that's worse than the green pair you have on, sounds immensely boring. I was hyped for it, but BF1 is where it is at for me.
Most of the comments on the thread have been positive? or do you filter by what you want to see and not what is shown?

Won't be sinking much time into it though until the next dlc arrives as my gear was already more or less high end unless this big patch has ****ed it up.... Will be spending more time on bf 3 until then, had really epic games on it the last few days.

Supposedly loot drops are much much much much better with 1.4 now.
haha, yeah most of the comments are but it is these type of comments that put me off completely (and I also found the same with the alpha + beta in my play time).
No doubt the game will be fun, but imo, it is fun for all the wrong reasons, personally I think once the honeymoon period is over, the flaws with the game will start to get on people's nerves, the same way hardline + battlefront flaws did despite us having great fun with them on the first few weeks.
I read somewhere that supposedly DICE are looking into nerfing sniper rifles big time and possibly removing the one shot, one kill for a certain range, hopefully it is true cause then I will be tempted to get it, elites and behemoths I can deal with....

Yeah but I got 100h out of it for the about £40 all in, beats my vfm target so I'm happy.
It was fun, then everyone had the same meta and the same grinds for the same gear, people say Mafia 3 is repetitive!
