There's some right scrooges on here, I love Christmas with all the bells and whistles on.
I'd be happy with no decorations at all, Christmas means nothing to me now.

I don't mind xmas, but it seems to start earlier every year. Shops around here had xmas stuff in as soon as Halloween was over.
Well it's Thanksgiving here this week and we're hosting about 20 people so nice to be in the spirit and all that, especially with kiddos and nephews, nieces etc

Yeah, living room is rather large. Probably 20-25ft ceilings.
Main reason we loved the house was those big windows looking out over the woods.
That late? My nearest Tesco had the sweet tubs out on pallets in August, and the seasonal aisle was Christmas food before Halloween even started.
See, to me making it last >2 months makes it a little less special.
