Have managed to shed some body fat too with my new diet.

Should hopefully hit the 400Kg club in 4 weeks, or at least by the end of the year.

Pretty happy with my body weight, have managed to hold it steady while getting stronger. Going to increase my calorie intake for the next couple of months though, so lets see how that goes.

Got a good rep on the bench and squeezed another 5 onto the deadlift whilst losing 5kg, not a bad 6 weeks

I pulled my 300kg deadlift last week but because I dropped it (grip went) at the lockout, I'm not classing yet as want lift and put down.

Am in the 300 club Reiyushin :)

Seem to have finally got my deads sorted though grip is starting to fail me after 4-5 sets. (Wreaked my right hand in a car crash).

Leg work has suffered during the July-October period and the new gym I'm at has a Smith and no squat rack which sucks. However I've got a CF475 on the way, so I'll be squatting 3 times a week to work on that. I really wanted 140 this year but that will be next years goal.

Footwear and belt to sort next!

Oh go on then, just so I have some form of recorded max lifts somewhere on here.

Not really been aiming for 1rm at all but I'm going to contribute for at least a record of 2016 where as 2015 would have been pretty much nil nil nil and 190kg

Been suffering with a shoulder injury from overreaching with someone who couldn't hold a focus pad so I've pretty much had to stay away from anything like a bench press for a year.

140 squat was good 145 started to get messy so we left it there. I'm nearly 40 (gosh) and not done anything physical apart from the last year so it isn't glamorous :p

After a long 12 week cycle - I tested this evening and things went really well:

ronski --------------------- 190(B) / 120 / 228 (B) ---------------- [107] ----------- 538

PBs in all lifts and a huge 20kg on my squat - I really could not be happier (7.5kg on bench, 15.5kg on deadlift) for a an extra 43kg on my overall total. There is a video on my instagram of all the lifts
