The world has gone mad. These sort of events are becoming all too frequent. Makes me wonder when we will see the next 9/11. :(

What would you do, Action Man?
Come now, I'm a keyboard warrior. Nothing of course.
But I'd like a nice discussion on the matter ;)

What I'd like is people to stick to facts rather than jumping to conclusion. And to show some respect.

And no I'm not an apologist as some suggest, whoever is responsible for such an act should be strung up. But instantly blaming a group of people based on no facts is irresponsible.
"And to show some respect. " What does this do???
Well the truth is we know very little right now, so is the discussion of the possibilities not allowed? Let's just lock this thread until all the facts are out. Or we could just discuss it in the acknowledgement that they're theories and not facts. Sounds ok to me.

Better people sharing their condolences than supporting the ISIS terrorists by blaming Muslims or refugees.
Have you considered that you might be wrong?
Why don't we discuss it!

ISIS have apparently claimed responsibility...

Information is thin on the ground, but those terrorists would claim responsibility for Manchester City's victory at the weekend against Arsenal if it got them more support.

What has this got to do with islam? If it's confirmed then by all means go nuts, but we have absolutely nothing to indicate that this is the case.

People always looking to blame something instead of the individuals involved. If people want to blame something or someone blame the IRAQ war, tony blair and bush for repeating the mistakes of history.

Hitchens made an excellent reply to what you said.

In another words, you think the blame for islamic terrorism is on us, not a violent idealogy that calls for the conquering of non muslims.

Apart from the fact that globally that is not true in the slightest, it is utterly irrelevant ebc100% of Muslims are not terrorist.

But go ahead and do the terrorist's work for them

I'm not pointing fingers here but saying 100% of muslims aren't terrorists is like saying 100% of any group is innocent and has no nutjobs.

Talked about skewed statistics.

1. They only go up to 2005, there's been a lot of Islamic terrorism since then.

2. They include 'Tree Spiking', bank robbery & arson. Someone pouring petrol on the door of a closed abortion clinic has the same statistical value as 9/11 according to the list. Try looking up the statistics of terrorist events where people are killed.

3. Islamic terrorism is higher when counted with the world statistics, as the muslim population in the USA is only about 1%.

But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die.

Not to mention, did Moses not tell his followers to kill the non believers in the name of god too.

'cause Christianity never calls for the death of non believers, to say nothing of killing sinners.
